71cuci Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the 71cuci website accessible at 71cuci.org, including all sections, features and services offered.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers and uses the 71cuci services.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a player on the 71cuci platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds in a player's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any credits, rewards or incentives offered by 71cuci to players.
• "Wagering" refers to the requirement to play through or wager a specified amount before any withdrawal can be made.
• "RM" refers to the Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as the official transaction currency on this platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Use of the 71cuci platform is limited to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Aged 21 and above on the date of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• Located in a jurisdiction that permits online gambling activity under applicable local laws.
• Registering one account only — multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.
• Providing true, accurate and complete personal information during registration.
• Not an employee, agent or immediate family member of a 71cuci employee.

71cuci reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Documents that may be required include a national identity card (MyKad), bank statement or other relevant documents for verification purposes. Failure to comply with a verification request may result in the account being temporarily suspended or terminated.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

71cuci accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank and others as examples)
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH

The minimum deposit amount for each method is RM50. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency transactions. 71cuci does not charge any processing fees on deposits, however payment providers may impose their own charges which are outside our control.

All deposits received must come from a legitimate source and belong to the registered player. 71cuci reserves the right to reject any suspicious deposit and to report such transactions to the relevant authorities in accordance with anti-money laundering procedures.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from a 71cuci account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 15 minutes and 2 hours after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to the availability of that method.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before any withdrawal is permitted on a balance associated with a bonus.
• 71cuci reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals of large amounts or in circumstances deemed necessary.

In the event of an unusual delay in withdrawal processing, players are encouraged to contact the 71cuci customer support team, which operates 24/7 via live chat or email in Malay and English.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

71cuci offers various bonuses and promotions to players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer, including but not limited to:

200% Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus requires wagering 15 times the bonus value before any withdrawal can be made. Calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 15 = RM3,000
• Deposit RM1,600 → Bonus RM1,500 → Balance RM3,100 → Wagering requirement: RM1,500 × 15 = RM22,500

The 71cuci VIP Programme offers weekly cashback to members based on their membership tier:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%
• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 1.0%

71cuci reserves the right to change, suspend or end any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to exploit or misuse a bonus offer will result in the bonus being cancelled and further action taken on the account in question.

6. Player Conduct and Obligations

Players are required to use the 71cuci platform responsibly and ethically. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts or third-party tools to influence game outcomes or transactions.
• Making any attempt at fraud, system manipulation or exploitation of technical errors for unauthorised gain.
• Sharing login information or allowing another party to access your account.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing prohibited activities.
• Posting content that is offensive, threatening or harmful to other users through any communication channel on the platform.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of the entire balance without any compensation, as well as legal action where necessary.

7. Account Security and Data Privacy

71cuci uses current encryption technology to protect players' personal data and financial information. However, each player is also responsible for maintaining the security of their own account:

• Use a strong and unique password that is not used on other platforms.
• Avoid accessing your account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify the 71cuci support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

The collection, processing and use of players' personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy of 71cuci, which forms part of this agreement. Players are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand their rights and responsibilities regarding their personal information.

8. Liability Limits and Disclaimer

The 71cuci platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we work to keep the platform running without interruption at all times, we make no guarantees regarding the following:

• Continuous availability of the platform free from technical disruptions or system maintenance.
• The accuracy or completeness of information displayed on the platform.
• The suitability of the platform for any specific purpose beyond what is stated.

71cuci will not be held responsible for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including betting losses, service disruptions, or technical failures beyond our control. All betting activity is undertaken at the player's own risk.

71cuci operates under international licensing and complies with the applicable licensing requirements. Players are responsible for ensuring that online betting activity is lawful under the laws of the jurisdiction where they reside.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

71cuci reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account under the following circumstances:

• The player breaches any of the terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading.
• There is evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or related legal violations.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with 71cuci's internal policy.
• At the player's own request for the purpose of self-exclusion.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 71cuci holds its licence. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be resolved through the following process:

• Players are required to first submit a complaint in writing to the 71cuci customer support team.
• 71cuci will investigate and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe.
• If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may refer the matter to a recognised arbitration body in accordance with the applicable licensing regulations.

Game outcomes generated by a certified random number generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear and substantial evidence of an obvious technical failure. 71cuci retains records of all transactions and game sessions for the period required by licensing obligations.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

71cuci reserves the right to review and amend these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this platform.

Players are responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions periodically. Continued use of the 71cuci platform after any amendments are published will be considered as your acceptance of the updated terms.
